License terms for the MultipleUpload JavaScript component.
MultipleUpload Software License Agreement
This Software License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you (the "Licensee") and Richscripts Inc. ("Licensor") for the MultipleUpload JavaScript component ("Software").
1. Grant of License
Subject to the terms of this Agreement and payment of the applicable license fee, the Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the Software on the number of production domains specified by the purchased license tier:
- Single Site License: 1 production domain
- Multi-Site License: Up to 5 production domains
- Enterprise License: Unlimited production domains
Development, staging, and localhost environments are permitted without restriction under all license types.
2. Permitted Uses
- Use the Software in web applications and websites you own or develop for clients
- Modify the CSS styling to match your application's design
- Include the Software in applications deployed to production
- Create backup copies of the Software for archival purposes
3. Restrictions
- You may not redistribute, sublicense, sell, or transfer the Software as a standalone product
- You may not include the Software in any product that competes with MultipleUpload
- You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software (except where required by law)
- You may not remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the Software
- You may not share your license key or licensed files with unlicensed parties
4. Updates
Single Site and Multi-Site licenses include 1 year of free updates from the date of purchase. Enterprise licenses include lifetime updates. After the update period expires, you may continue to use the last version received but will not receive further updates without renewing.
5. Support
All license types include email support. Enterprise licenses include priority support with a service level agreement. Support covers installation, configuration, and usage questions for the Software.
6. Warranty and Disclaimer
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The Licensor does not warrant that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Richscripts Inc. be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or the use of the Software, regardless of the theory of liability.
8. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. The Licensor may terminate this Agreement if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must cease using the Software and destroy all copies in your possession.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
