By accessing or using the MultipleUpload.com website and purchasing or using the MultipleUpload software component, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or products.
MultipleUpload is a commercial JavaScript file upload component developed and distributed by Richscripts Inc. The website provides product information, documentation, demos, and a mechanism to purchase licenses.
MultipleUpload is licensed, not sold. By purchasing a license, you receive the right to use the software according to the terms of the Software License Agreement. Each license type specifies the number of permitted production domains.
All purchases are one-time payments. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the product, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. After 30 days, all sales are final.
The MultipleUpload software, documentation, website content, and all associated intellectual property are owned by Richscripts Inc. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the software except as explicitly permitted by your license.
Licensed customers receive email support for the duration specified by their license type. Support covers installation, configuration, and usage questions. Custom development and integration services are not included in standard support.
The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Richscripts Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use or inability to use the software.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website or software after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
